Operating mechanisms, pneumatic cylinders, casters, plastics, foam, fabric, finishes, wood, urethane components, and labor costs are covered for a period of 10 years. Onsite service is available within a 50-mile radius of an authorized Sitmatic dealer. Damage resulting from contact with adjacent furniture or normal wear, as determined by Sitmatic, is not covered. Warranty claims for non-standard Sitmatic fabrics must be directed to the original fabric manufacturer. Sitmatic is not liable for incidental or consequential damages and makes no warranty of merchantability or fitness for a specific purpose.
