Yes, all BTOD products ship free within the contiguous U.S., with few exceptions for custom-quoted or special-delivery orders.
Large or bulk orders ship free via freight curbside delivery, unless otherwise specified.
If you need inside delivery or assembly, contact us for a quote.
BTOD currently ships only within the 48 contiguous U.S. states.
We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations.
We work hard to ship every order within the lead time shown on each product page.
You’ll receive tracking information by email once it ships.
Standard delivery brings your order to the door, dock, lobby, or mailroom, with inside delivery available upon request.
Inspect all packages when they arrive.
Note any visible damage or missing items on the delivery receipt before signing.

Orders can only be canceled before they enter production or ship—typically within the first 24 hours.
Once upholstery or manufacturing begins, cancellations are not possible, and restocking fees may apply.

Purchase orders and check payments are available for approved commercial, educational, and government organizations with a $500 minimum.
Your payment is processed immediately and securely through Stripe, a leading global payment provider.
BTOD never stores or has access to your full credit card details.

Sales tax is automatically calculated and applied at checkout.
If you place an order and qualify for tax exemption, please email a copy of your tax-exempt certificate to info@btod.com after your order is placed.

Instructions are included in each shipment and may also be requested via email.

Samples typically arrive within 5–7 business days.
Colors can vary slightly due to screen differences and lighting.
If exact color matching is important, please request a free sample before ordering.
Each product includes its own manufacturer's warranty.
Warranty coverage and terms are listed on individual product pages.
BTOD will assist with all warranty claims for items purchased through us.
