• HOW DOES THE RETURNS PROCESS WORK?You have 30 days to request areturn for the chair. We'll provide a return label for you to print. After putting the chair back in the box, attach the label. Drop it at FedEx or schedule a pick-up. Once received, we'll refund you, covering shipping and no restocking fees.

• DOES IT COME FULLY ASSEMBLED?Some assembly is required, but the chair goes together fairly easily. You will have to put the cylinder in the base, the seat on the cylinder, and attach the back to the seat. Arms then slide into the side.

• CAN I ADD A HEADREST LATER?Certainly, the headrest can be added later, but acquiring it separately will cost more compared to ordering it along with the chair initially.
